There comes a time in our lives when our dear pets need to take their journey to heaven. So many uncertainties and heartache during this time and hard decisions to make. My daughter and her friends recommended that we contact you when our 12 yr old lab was diagnosed with bone cancer. This was the best phone call we ever made. They came into our home and did an in-home analysis of Kessie's condition and gave advice on what to expect and how to make him comfortable. Just this initial visit was enough to relieve some of our anxiety. In the following months, they were available to answer our questions. When Kessie got to the point that we knew we needed to make that final decision to help him move on.... We didn't need to put him in the car with all that anxiety of the car ride and clinic. Instead, we had the comfort our home and his bed....and he was in our loving arms when he took his last breath. Alongside us, we had the compassion of your staff to help us thru the entire process from decision making to Kessie's last breath. I will be forever grateful to these folks for the love, compassion, and sensitivity they extended to Kessie, John, and I. We miss Kessie so much, but you've helped make the journey so much easier for all of us.
